About me

Marie-Emmanuelle Joriot

“When you are in the right place, everything becomes obvious”

An early part of my career was in the realm of markets for leaders in the German, French and Swiss automotive industry (manufacturers and sub-contractors). In these demanding industrial environments, where there is a requirement to engage with decision-makers and entrepreneurs, I deployed my talent for understanding and for meeting the needs of clients.

In 2013 I fell in love with the world of executive search, trained and then in January 2018 founded International Headhunting.

“Building bridges”

My international experience acquired within various sectors of industry, my German-speaking background and cross-border placements enabled me to focus closely on interactions between French and German speakers, within Swiss territory and throughout the DACH zone (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

“Humility and curiosity guide my practical work”

The human and psychological challenges of recruitment are so subtle that I chose to add to my 20 years of experience and my initial training by attending the C.G. Jung Institute of Psychoanalysis in Zürich.

As well as being the holder of a Master’s degree in international project management from the Robert Schumann University in Strasbourg, I also have a Bachelor’s degree from the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck.

English and German are my working languages.

Yoga and meditation have been part of my everyday routine for many years. The mountains and books are my sources and my resources.

I do my job with passion and commitment and always keep in mind an enduring respect for an ethical stance.
