/1 The briefing
A detailed consultation with the client forms the basis for every search. The more details are known, the more targeted the process can be. Our in-house research team studies the current market situation in a systematic and targeted manner and identifies potential candidates. This allows us to work transparently, to compare your criteria with the reality of the market. As generalists, we can draw on a wide range of strands in our approach. /3 THE APPROACH
Potential candidates are approached directly by International Headhunting. We know we are your ambassador and are very much aware of that in our interactions with the candidates. Privacy, respect and an ethical stance are our guiding principles.
/4 THE PRESENTATION
After the systematic research process, the results are analysed. International Headhunting then submits a “long list”. At this stage, all the candidates are available for the position and we then select with our client those whose personality and background call for an in-depth interview.

/6 TAKING OFFICE
International Headhunting supports client and candidate in the negotiation phase. If necessary, an assessment is carried out.
